- Apply a thin layer over clean, moisturised skin.

It is the best primer for dry skin as it reduces shine, absorbs excess oil and gives your makeup a matte finish look. This face primer is weightless and it blends easily into the skin. The slightly tinted formula gives a small amount of coverage and can be used as an eye primer and lip primer as well.
Q: How to use Tinted Perfection primer?
A: Take a small (pea-size) amount in your palm and apply the face primer all over the face and neck. You can also simply dot the primer all over the face and blend it into the skin with your fingers or a brush. The Tinted Perfection primer can be used by itself or under the foundation. Always moisturize your skin before applying face primer.
