Make Probiotic Rich Yogurt Easily at Home

 

Warm the Milk

Add 1 litre of milk in a pan and heat it to a lukewarm temperature of 40 to 45 degree Celsius. Transfer to a clean glass or steel jar.

 

 

Add Starter Culture

Cut open one sachet and sprinkle it on the milk. Whisk or stir thoroughly.

 

 

Let it Ferment

Cover the jar and leave to ferment at 38-45 degree Celsius for 6 -8 hours. If required, use a waterbath to maintain warm temperature.

 

 

Cool, Whisk & Eat

Once set, transfer it into refrigerator for a couple of hours. Take it out, Whisk thoroughly till it reaches smooth consistency. Enjoy. For next batch, use 1 tbsp for every half litre of milk.
