How To Use
- Dip doe foot applicator into the product.
- Can be applied directly to the eyelid using small, short strokes with the flat side of the applicator for even application.
- To blend out harsh edges, use your finger with gentle patting motions, or a brush with synthetic bristles.
- Allow product to dry down.
